Introductory Workshop on Nanotechnology for Middle and High school Teachers in the Pittsburgh, PA Area
Presented by: The Society for Analytical Chemists of Pittsburgh and the Center for Nanotechnology Education and Utilization

Middle and High School Teachers are encouraged to attend this upcoming Introductory Workshop on Nanotechnology in the Pittsburgh area. Nanotechnology applications and characterization techniques will be covered as well as some hands on activities that you can perform with your students. Come learn about free access to high powered microscopes that enable you to resolve nanoscale features from your classroom. The cost for the workshop is $15.00, which includes lunch, parking, and materials. The application deadline is October 19th, so please register as soon as possible.
